Duncan is a Vice Chair of Deloitte Canada and Chile whose professional activities focus on major institutional investor clients, global private family businesses and regional governments. Duncan also leads Deloitte’s Future of Canada Centre, which is responsible for the thought leadership and public policy positions of the firm. As the inaugural Dean of Deloitte University North Duncan is responsible for leadership development at Deloitte Canada and Chile.

Duncan has been with Deloitte for 30 years and throughout that time has been passionate about not only serving clients, but growing and developing those around him. He brings this approach to Deloitte’s ambitious Canada 175 eminence program, where he has driven perspectives on what it will take for Canada to be the best country to live and work in 25 years from now.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Duncan has been Director of Audit, Managing Partner of Edmonton and the Regional Managing Partner of British Columbia, and a member of Deloitte Canada’s board. In addition to his Deloitte responsibilities, he is an active member of several community organizations including chair of the innovation committee of the BC Business Council, and the boards of the Stanford Global Projects Center, the Lazaridis Institute and the United Way.
